Südtirol Guest Pass
The Suedtirol GuestPass can be obtained 2025 at selected partner hotels in Merano and its environs.
It is included in the room price.
What is the MeranCard?
The MeranCard includes a number of services:
Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol, which includes the regional train services in South Tyrol and to Trento, local bus services (urban, extra-urban and citybus services) and the PostAuto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Müstair.
Rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include i.e. the cable cars to to Ritten, Jenesien, Meransen, Mölten and Vöran as well as the Renon tram and Mendola funicular. Private cable cars are not included.

Even on holiday people don’t want to do without the internet and prefer to keep in touch with family and friends. Therefore, we offer our guests WI-FI in the entire hotel at no additional cost.
- Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass
The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card, which is included in the room price.
Included
services:
- Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network: all city and extra urban buses
- Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero Trento, Mals/Malles Innichen/San Candido). The card is
not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains.
- The PostBus Switzerland between Mals /Malles and Müstair
- The cable cars to Ritten Renon , Meransen/ Maranza, Mölten/ Meltina, V öran /V e ran o and Kohlern/ Colle
- The narrow gauge railway in Ritten /Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain

Children up to 4 years sleeping in the parent's room are free of charge.
From 4 to 10 years a reduction of 50% and from 10 to 14 years a reduction of 30% are granted.
For dogs we charge 12.- € per day. We hope you will understand that they are not allowed to enter the dining room. - Cancellations of reservations
Cancellations up to four weeks before arrival are free of charge. Should a booked stay be delayed or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. We will charge 70 % of the appointed sum for rooms and 90 % for apartments. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to negotiate a travel cancellation insurance, which will cover your fees. Smokers will find ashtrays on the balconies, the terrace and our garden.
