Cancellation protection
Booking cancellations will only be accepted until 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival day. In all other cases, according to the Italian law for the admission of guests, we bill a penality fee. The same is true for departure ahead of schedule. Therefore we advise the European travel cancellation insurance which will refund the corresponding costs.
