Our two apartments dispose of a big sunny balcony in southern direction to Merano. They are fully equipped withtoilet/shower, bidet, hair-dryer, flat-tv, sat-tv, phone and safe. Lounge and bedroom are separated and designed in a cosy alpine style. The well-appointed kitchen with dish washer is detached by a door from the living room and equipped with an exhaust hood.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
For any additional person we charge 16.- €/day.

Even on holiday people don’t want to do without the internet and prefer to keep in touch with family and friends. Therefore, we offer our guests WI-FI in the entire hotel at no additional cost.

The Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass is an advantage card, which is included in the room price.

- Use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network: all city and extra urban buses
- Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero Trento, Mals/Malles Innichen/San Candido). The card is
not valid on Italian InterRegional trains or on OEBB, DB, Eurostar or Intercity trains.
- The PostBus Switzerland between Mals /Malles and Müstair
- The cable cars to Ritten Renon , Meransen/ Maranza, Mölten/ Meltina, V öran /V e ran o and Kohlern/ Colle
- The narrow gauge railway in Ritten /Renon and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain
- One free admission to about 80 museums in South Tyrol
- The prices
are calculated per person and day for a stay of 3 days. In case of shorter booking terms we add 10% to the regular price. The local tax of 2,90.- € per pers./day is not included in the price.
Children up to 6 years sleeping in the parent's room are free of charge.
From 6 to 10 years a reduction of 50% and from 10 to 14 years a reduction of 30% are granted.
For dogs we charge 10.- € per day. We hope you will understand that they are not allowed to enter the dining room. - Cancellations of reservations
Cancellations up to four weeks before arrival are free of charge. Should a booked stay be delayed or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. We will charge 70 % of the appointed sum for rooms and 90 % for apartments. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to negotiate a travel cancellation insurance, which will cover your fees. Smokers will find ashtrays on the balconies, the terrace and our garden.
